1  Seller & Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Valenzora online shop:

We sell worldwide. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply in addition to these terms.

2  Formation of contract

The display of products in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay", you submit a binding offer to purchase.

The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or dispatch the goods.

3  Prices & payment

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping, customs, or import duties are not included unless explicitly stated.

Payment is due immediately. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4  Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. All delivery timeframes are non-binding estimates.

For EU consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of goods passes to the customer upon physical handover.

5  Right of withdrawal (14 days)

5.1  Withdrawal notice

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

5.2  How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email before the deadline expires:

Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient to meet the withdrawal period.

5.3  Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you promptly, and no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice — using the same payment method as your original purchase.

5.4  Returns

Items must be returned no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice — exclusively to our central logistics warehouse in China. The exact return address will be provided after contacting our customer service.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

5.5  Condition of goods

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Any diminished value due to excessive handling must be compensated

5.6  Exclusions (hygiene items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery — in particular:

• Lingerie & underwear
• Intimate hygiene items

6  International returns

Returns from outside the EU may involve longer transit times. Any customs, import, or handling fees incurred during the return are the customer's responsibility.

7  Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Minor, commercially acceptable variations — such as colour differences due to screen display — do not constitute a defect.

8  Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damage.

9  Intellectual property

All content in this online shop is protected by copyright. Any use beyond private, non-commercial purposes requires prior written consent.

10  Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the online shop.

11  Governing law & jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.

For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria. For consumers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply.

12  Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
