Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason. For orders within the European Union, this right is guaranteed by law.

A simple email sent within the deadline is sufficient to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of goods

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • All tags fully intact
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase included (e.g. order confirmation)

Returns

All returns are sent exclusively to our central logistics warehouse in China. The exact return address and detailed instructions will be provided after contacting our customer service team.

Please do not send items without first submitting a return request — unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Non-returnable items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Lingerie & underwear (once the seal has been removed)
  • Intimate hygiene items (sealed, opened)
  • Custom-made & personalised items
  • Gift cards & vouchers

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Direct exchanges are not available — please return your item and place a new order.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and we will work to find a solution.
