Shipping policy


Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. All stated delivery timeframes are non-binding estimates based on experience from previous orders.

Processing begins on the day your order is placed and typically takes 1–3 business days. Once processed, your order is dispatched.

We work with established shipping partners depending on the destination country:

  • Germany — DHL
  • Austria — Österreichische Post or DPD
  • Switzerland — Swiss Post or DPD

The carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address.


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.

If tracking is not working or you have not received a confirmation email, please contact our customer service team.

All items are shipped directly from our logistics and quality control centre in China. Before dispatch, each product is inspected to ensure consistent quality.


No additional customs or import fees will be charged to customers. All applicable costs are included in the purchase price — there are no hidden fees upon delivery.


Changes to your delivery address are only possible before your order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by email.


Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our returns and withdrawal policy applies.


Delays may occur during public holidays, periods of high order volume, customs clearance, or due to external logistics issues. If your delivery is significantly outside the stated timeframe, please contact our customer service team — we will take care of it.


If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss next steps.
